Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding agreements under the laws of the Republic of Armenia. The Platform does not require a public user account; you interact with us through search, venue pages, and inquiry forms.

2. What venues.ge Does

• Marketplace role: venues.ge helps event organizers discover venues and helps venue operators propose listings. We do not own, manage, or operate listed spaces and are not a party to any agreement between you and a venue.
• Request-based inquiries: “Send an inquiry” and “Priority request” actions on the Platform submit an inquiry to venues.ge operators. They are not an automatic reservation, payment, or contract with the venue. Final availability, pricing, and terms are agreed directly with the venue or through follow-up from our team.
• No on-platform payments: venues.ge does not process card payments or other charges on the Platform. Any payment arrangement happens outside the Platform unless we explicitly tell you otherwise in writing.

3. Inquiry Types

• Guest request: When you send a request from a venue page, we collect your name, email, phone number, event date, guest count, and optional message, plus the venue you selected. We store this as an inquiry, notify our team by email, and may forward details to the venue or contact you to coordinate.
• Listing inquiry: When you use “List your venue”, we collect your contact details and information about the space (name, type, region, address, capacity, description, and optional website or photo links). Submissions are reviewed by our team before any listing is published.

4. Listings, Pricing, and Third-Party Sites

• Indicative information: Prices, capacities, amenities, and photos are provided for discovery. They may come from venue operators or public sources and can change without notice.
• External links: Some listings include a link to the venue’s own website or social profiles. If you leave venues.ge, the third party’s terms and privacy practices apply.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information in inquiries and not to misuse the Platform (spam, unlawful content, or attempts to disrupt the service). You are responsible for your communications and agreements with venues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Armenian law, venues.ge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from venue quality, event cancellation, injuries, property damage, or disputes between you and a venue. Our liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the extent required by applicable law.

7. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia. Questions: business@venues.ge.
